Xiaomi has started rolling out two new camera watermark features for HyperOS 3 users, bringing more personalization to Xiaomi and Leica co-branded devices. According to Xiaomi Camera Department Product Manager Bao_小李, the company has launched a limited-edition Father’s Day watermark for 2026, while the new “Live Moment” Leica custom watermark, first introduced with the Xiaomi 17T, is now being distributed to all supported Xiaomi and Leica partner models running OS3 or above.
New Camera Watermark Features
The first update is a Father’s Day Limited Watermark, designed as a seasonal option for users who want to add a warmer, more personal style to their photos. Xiaomi says the design continues the emotional theme previously used for Mother’s Day, using a hand-painted kraft paper bouquet, sunflowers, blue and pink floral details, and a handwritten “Father’s Day” text style.
The second addition is more photography-focused. The Live Moment watermark, which debuted on the Xiaomi 17T, brings a cleaner Leica-style visual identity to images. It displays shooting information such as focal length, aperture, shutter speed, ISO, Leica branding, and device name, giving photos a more professional camera-like presentation.

The rollout applies to supported Xiaomi and Leica co-branded models with OS3 or newer.
How to Use the New Watermarks
Xiaomi offers two ways to apply the Father’s Day watermark depending on how the user wants to edit the image. Users should make sure that Xiaomi Album – Edit is updated to version 2.3.0 or above, otherwise the seasonal watermark option may not appear inside the photo editor.
