OPPO is currently drawing attention at Mobile World Congress 2026 in Barcelona, where it has been showcasing its upcoming foldable flagship. However, the company is also preparing to launch another device — the OPPO K14 — and new official details have now been confirmed ahead of its debut.
The upcoming smartphone is expected to arrive in the coming days, and OPPO has started revealing some of its key specifications before the official unveiling.
OPPO K14 key specs officially confirmed
According to the company, the OPPO K14 will feature an LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth scrolling and improved gaming performance. The screen is also expected to reach 1,125 nits of peak brightness, making it easier to view content even under bright outdoor conditions.
Under the hood, the device will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. The processor will be paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, which should provide solid performance for everyday tasks, multitasking, and mobile gaming.
For photography, OPPO has confirmed that the phone will include a 50MP primary camera, though additional camera details have not yet been revealed.
One of the biggest highlights of the device is its battery capacity. The OPPO K14 will pack a massive 7000mAh battery, supported by 45W wired charging. This large battery could make the phone particularly appealing to users who prioritize long battery life.
The device is also expected to come with an IP69 rating, meaning it offers strong protection against dust and water — a feature that is still relatively uncommon in this segment.
Reports suggest that the confirmed specifications closely match those of the OPPO A6, which launched earlier this year, hinting that the two devices may share similar hardware.
So far, these are the only specifications officially confirmed by OPPO. The company is expected to reveal the remaining details during the official launch event scheduled for March 9 at 12 PM (IST). More information about the device’s design, camera setup, and pricing should be announced at that time.
