Xiaomi has started crowdfunding for the MiJia Ceiling Light C Series on Youpin. The series includes two models: the L90 and D40. The L90 is designed for living rooms sized 25 to 45 square meters, priced at 539 yuan (about $75). The D40 suits bedrooms smaller than 15 square meters and costs 269 yuan (about $37).

Design and Technical Details of MiJia Ceiling Lights
Both ceiling lights feature a simple linear edge design and a slim, integrated body. The L90 measures 900x600x85mm, while the D40 has a diameter of 400mm and height of 75mm. Their matte surface finish offers low gloss and avoids glare when lit.
Regarding specifications, the L90 and D40 have rated input powers of 108W and 30W, respectively. Their luminous flux reaches 8,400 lumens for the L90 and 2,500 lumens for the D40. Each uses custom full-spectrum LED beads with a color rendering index (Ra) of 95 and supports adjustable color temperatures from 2700K to 5700K.

Certifications and Features Focused on Lighting Quality and Safety
The products have passed TÜV Rheinland tests, achieving RG0 exemption for blue light hazard and no visible flicker. The wide-angle side-light design ensures even illumination to reduce dark spots. The lamp cover contains UV inhibitors to prevent yellowing and discoloration over time. Inside, efficient heat dissipation and LED chips help maintain a stable high luminous flux.

Smart Home Integration and Controls
The MiJia Ceiling Light C Series supports control via the Mi Home app. Users can easily adjust settings, create scene presets, and customize lighting. The lights can connect with Xiaomi smart devices like speakers and locks to enable smart automation and interactions.
This crowdfunding campaign currently applies to the China market. Users interested in the new ceiling lamps can monitor availability on Xiaomi’s Youpin platform. The latest app control features and product updates can be tracked with tools like MemeOS Enhancer.
