Xiaomi has announced a new color option for the REDMI K100 Pro Max smartphone called “Chasing Wind Blue.” The official launch of this variant is scheduled for August 11 at 19:00 China time.
The REDMI K100 Pro Max already offers “Cabernet Red” and “Flowing Gold White” colors. This new blue finish adds to the phone’s premium look, featuring a 6.9-inch ultra-narrow bezel flat screen framed by a four-curved metal frame and integrated metal DECO elements. It also introduces a floating light ring that pulses in sync with music.

The device sports Xiaomi’s first 185Hz high-refresh-rate esports display. It natively supports over 30 popular games, delivering smooth visuals and responsive touch experience. Powering the phone is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 (known locally as Snapdragon 8 Supreme Edition) paired with the AI-focused D2 discrete graphics chip. Together, they enable simultaneous super-frame and super-resolution gaming modes. The touch sampling rate is upgraded to 480Hz, supported by flagship-level touch chip technology.
To enhance gaming, the REDMI K100 Pro Max includes a dedicated gaming antenna that reduces latency significantly.

For imaging, it features a 200-megapixel primary sensor, a 5x periscope telephoto lens capable of up to 100x digital zoom, and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera with a 17mm equivalent focal length.
The phone packs a large 9070mAh “Golden Sands” battery developed by Xiaomi, supporting 100W wired fast charging as well as 50W wireless charging. It also offers 27W wired reverse charging and 22.5W wireless reverse charging capabilities, making it versatile for powering other devices.
