Xiaomi has officially introduced the new Mijia Electric Straight Handle Screwdriver in China, expanding its growing smart home and DIY ecosystem with a more powerful and compact electric tool. The new product features three-level adjustable torque control, a built-in 2000mAh battery, and support for both electric and manual operation modes. Xiaomi confirmed that the device will enter crowdfunding in China next Wednesday with a launch price of 99 yuan, which is approximately $14.

The new Mijia Electric Straight Handle Screwdriver adopts a minimalist cylindrical design that matches Xiaomi’s recent Mijia hardware products.
