why does my poco x8 pro Max say it will not receive the hype iOS 3.1???????

I come from an x6 pro and I loved that phone... the best I had tried in my life, until I got this little x8 pro max! The weight of the device holding it in your hand completely changes the feeling.. and it has pure brute power! You open an app and it doesn't load or animate, it automatically opens in a millisecond.. this phone plays in another league

The application has been failing for days and as they say, it says it will not receive version 3.1. Hopefully, they fix it soon.
