Xiaomi 17 Max beats average Snapdragon flagship scores
The benchmark results are especially impressive.
The Xiaomi 17 Max achieved:
- 3750 single-core score
- 11674 multi-core score
Another earlier test also showed:
- 3576 single-core
- 10763 multi-core
The highest result significantly exceeds the current average scores associated with the same chipset generation, which reportedly sits around:
- 3651 single-core
- 11188 multi-core
This suggests Xiaomi may already be aggressively optimizing thermal performance and sustained clock behavior for the Xiaomi 17 Max.
Xiaomi is heavily focusing on sustained performance
Unlike many recent Ultra-branded devices that mainly prioritize camera hardware, Xiaomi appears to be positioning the Xiaomi 17 Max as a balanced flagship focused on:
- Long battery life
- Sustained gaming performance
- Large-screen entertainment
- Thermal stability
- Flagship imaging
- Daily endurance
Previous official teasers already confirmed that the device will feature Xiaomi’s first-ever:
- 8000mAh Jinshajiang battery
Xiaomi also claims the phone offers the strongest battery life in company history.
The combination of the huge battery, advanced cooling system, and Snapdragon flagship chipset could make the Xiaomi 17 Max one of the most powerful endurance-focused Android phones of 2026.
Xiaomi 17 Max remains China-exclusive
XiaomiTime previously confirmed that the Xiaomi 17 Max currently appears to be a China-exclusive smartphone.
The benchmarked model number:
- 2605EPN8EC
only exists with a China-region identifier. No Global or India variants have appeared in Xiaomi’s internal software branches or certification systems so far. This means the Xiaomi 17 Max will be launched in China only.
