TCL Huaxing has confirmed that it is the exclusive supplier of the 13.3-inch LCD screen used in the newly launched Xiaomi Pad 9 Pro Max. The screen features a resolution of 3408×2272 pixels with a pixel density of 308 PPI, delivering clear text and detailed images.

Display Features and Performance
The 13.3-inch screen boasts a 3.4K resolution and a 3:2 aspect ratio, which offers more vertical display space compared to the common 16:9 ratio. This makes it suitable for document reading, web browsing, and split-screen multitasking by allowing more content to fit on the screen and reducing the need for scrolling. The large size also supports two side-by-side windows with ample space, improving productivity for office and creative tasks.
Technically, the panel uses LTPS LCD technology and covers the DCI-P3 color gamut. It supports a 144Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth visual performance. The typical brightness reaches 700 nits, while the high-brightness mode (HBM) goes up to 1000 nits. This ensures good visibility indoors and outdoors, without image washout or loss of clarity under strong light conditions.

Ongoing Collaboration Between TCL Huaxing and Xiaomi
TCL Huaxing noted its long-standing partnership with Xiaomi, having provided display solutions for Xiaomi’s Pad 5 through Pad 8 series. The supply of the 13.3-inch LCD to the Pad 9 Pro Max continues this deep collaboration, focusing on delivering large-screen tablet solutions.
The Xiaomi Pad 9 Pro Max is Xiaomi’s latest flagship tablet revealed at its recent autumn event. TCL Huaxing’s exclusive screen supply plays a key role in delivering its visual capabilities.
