Xiaomi miclaw AI Agent llega a PC y Mac: Beta cerrada multidispositivo

Xiaomi has officially launched a closed multi-device beta for its powerful AI Agent, Xiaomi Miclaw. Extending far beyond the mobile ecosystem, this highly anticipated testing phase introduces dedicated support for PCs, Macs, and Smart Displays. While currently in closed beta testing exclusively for the Chinese market—with devices like the Redmi K90 series, traditionally released globally under the POCO brand—this update represents a significant leap forward in Xiaomi’s multi-device automation capabilities. You won’t be able to use it even after downloading it due to the beta testing program.

The power of MiMo in Desktop8v

Powered by Xiaomi’s proprietary MIMO model, Xiaomi miclaw is evolving from a standard mobile assistant into a system-level execution tool. New versions for PC and Mac bring intelligent automation directly to desktop environments. Users can now leverage miclaw for advanced document organization, data analysis, and batch file processing.

And more importantly, this beta unlocks seamless collaboration between devices. Now, a single natural language voice command on your PC can automatically trigger and schedule tasks on your smartphone or smart home IoT devices.

In addition, the update incorporates Xiaomi Miclaw into the Xiaomi 11 Smart Home Screen. Designed for multi-user family scenarios, it supports continuous multi-role conversations and allows the screen to autonomously plan and execute complex tasks—such as travel planning or smart home routines—without the need for a smartphone as an intermediary.

Compatible devices

This closed beta is currently limited to tech enthusiasts and geeky users to optimize stability and power consumption. Users must have a qualifying device to request the beta.

This beta fundamentally transforms how users interact with their hardware. Instead of manually setting up complex smart home routines or switching between devices to transfer data, users can rely on natural language processing to trigger automated, multi-device actions. For example, the smart speaker can handle the initial voice interaction, while the PC or smartphone automatically handles the deep editing and final execution. This moves AI beyond a simple chat window and into an active executor across the entire system.
